HappyCat Counseling in Huntsville, AL is pleased to announce a new assertiveness skills group: Building Better Boundaries!
Participants will learn strategies for effective communication, skills for boundary setting and self-advocacy, and techniques to manage anxiety associated with practicing assertiveness.
Building Better Boundaries will meet on Wednesday evenings at 6 PM from July 17 to August 14 at Common Ground Therapy Cowork in Huntsville, AL.
The group is open to adults aged 19 years and older.
Cost for the 5-week group is discounted from $125 to $105 for AVTA members.
This group is facilitated by Lauren S. Grider, a veterinarian and therapist in Alabama. Therapy credentials: ALC, NCC, CCFP. Lauren is clinically supervised by Jane Sweeney, LPC-S.
