AVTA Board Meetings

The AVTA hosts monthly board meetings and quarterly meetings open to all AVTA members. Please contact us at alvettech@gmail.com for meeting dates, times and locations. Your participation is always welcomed and is appreciated! Zoom links are available for virtual attendees. Meetings are also announced via our social media channels and our calendar of events.

Annual conference is held annually coinciding with the Saturday ending National Veterinary Technician week (dates announced by NAVTA). AVTA’s annual business meeting and presentation of awards is held during this conference.

2024 AVTA Meeting Dates: 6:45pm CST every 1st Tuesday of the month

2024 Annual Conference and business meeting: October 19th to be held in Opelika, AL at Southern Union State Community College
